All product prices are stated in Euro (€).

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.

Glasnevin Heritage reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable or in cases of error.

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be fully refunded. 

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Webnode's approved payment providers.

We do not store your card or payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.

Glasnevin Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to books that have been opened, as they are considered copyrighted material that can be easily copied or used.

Books

Unopened books may be returned within 14 days.

Opened or used books cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition and packaging (if applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Faulty or Damaged Books

If a book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

A replacement or refund will be provided.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

We only use your data to process your order and provide customer support.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glasnevin Heritage is not responsible for any indirect losses, postal delays, or issues caused by third-party shipping services.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.
